Pros

The company is diverse enough, and attracts the best talent.

Cons

Long wait for management opportunities and personal advancement. Pick a number, you'll be #19 with 18 people ahead of you vying for the same management job. Also the changes caused by the company's growth are created extra workload and more hours on the job per day.

Unethical Enron Like Co

Pros

Temporary job to endure while looking elsewhere.

Cons

Worst treatment for employees but incompetent upper management. Unethically cut benefits but not exec bonuses like Enron or Bernie Madoff would do. The 4 E's are not rewarded. Carrot on a stick. Like others say, no incentive to work for the bonuses of executives.

Pros

Most people there are nice to work with.

Cons

Corporate red tape. Some back stabbing.
