      Pros

      Pretty solid pay - enabled me to have the quality of life i wanted but couldn't obtain through previous jobs. Everyone on our sales floor - sales agents and management - are pretty cool and easy to get along with. Management is pretty in-touch with their sales team. Doesnt have a whole lot of stupid "big corporation" laws like dress-code, getting reemed for being 5 minutes late once in awhile, and pretty willing to work with you on scheduling conflicts.

      Cons

      The sales job is relatively repetitive after awhile and after a couple of years it can be easy to get burned out - no fault of the company but more the job itself, but it's worth it for the time you are learning and growing.

      Pros

      The benefits, pay, and atmosphere are all great! The team leaders and management are all very approachable and easy to talk to. If you want a work environment where you can make a ton of money by working hard and being positive, I'd recommend it. If you are someone who isn't willing to put the time in and starts looking for other jobs at any sign of change, it's probably not for you. I've noticed the people that write the negative reviews and were unhappy there seem to be in general the negative people that are going to be miserable no matter what building they are in.

      Cons

      I was very happy overall with my time at National General. If you are someone who only wants to work a 40 hour week, I can promise this isn't for you.

      Great co-workers and atmosphere when left alone to do what we do best.
