Pros

This company has a lot of room to grow and a team environment that pushes you to be your best without beating you down with unreasonable goals.

Cons

You spend 95% of your day on the phone and you will get a lot of angry people. I think that should be expected since you are dealing with people who have been in car accidents. Also the work load is very demanding, but the rewards are worth the work load.

Pros

Good time off. Good 401k. Good location. Good benefits. Being downtown is awesome lots of opportunity for extra cash, OT, etc.

Cons

Low pay. Over worked. Under valued. Management does not value or compensate their good employees which in turn makes them lose incentive to work hard
