None. I worked at this company for several years and there was not one single good day when the owner did not call some employee to scream and spew the most vile language at them.

Cons

The company is very disorganized.The goals and strategy change at the whim of the owner and ceo. The owner is a vile and angry old man. The ceo is self-centered with the ego the size of the Grand Canyon and just wants to be king. He's not a terrible leader because he's not a Leader to begin with. There are worse things than unemployment, and working at this company is one of them. RUN!!

Working downtown in the warmer months is great. You get a pay check every 2 weeks

Cons

I gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0. Well the the higher ups in this company have asked the managers to post good reviews on this site. Guess this is why this company has 2.5 stars. So that should tell you all you need to know about this company. This is the MOST unethical company I have ever seen. HR is a joke. I'm surprised the DOI has not shut this place down. Like everyone else has stated the systems are horrible. Management are managers and not leaders. If you are desperate then take a chance, otherwise save yourself the frustration. It's no coincidence most reviews are horrible.

Good pay. I really can't add any other positive notes. Maybe if they thought of their employees more, I'd have more to share. Vision a mass production line of insurance where making more money is the only priority.

Cons

Archaic systems, old metrics for employee review, not enough staff to handle the workload, lack of vision, poor management. Don't. Work. Here.
