Pros

There is no best reason to work at NGIC.; that is unless you enjoy being screwed over by your employer. People leave this company daily. Some don't even have jobs to go to they just want to get out to have their sanity!!

Cons

When first hired you were given false expectations as to the workload and the company culture. There have been people lowballed on salary so badly that the company was forced to give a 12-15% increase to be in line with their peers.

Pros

You get recognized for hard work, and not just with words. This is one of the few companies I've worked for that rewarded you on completion of a big project. Management wants employees to "own" their work. They encourage new ideas and ways of doing things, and even give out rewards for Ideas that the company decides to use.

Cons

If you don't like change then this isn't the company for you. In the last year this company has more than doubled in size. They are constantly growing and most of that growth is by acquisition. This is not a job for those that just want to sit at a desk, do nothing, and get paid.

Cons

Some times the pace is hectic but with that comes a sense of accomplishment and reward!
