Business Outlook

Pros

Relaxed climate decent compensation contests.

Cons

Micromanagement with no residuals and chargebacks. If you miss commission one week those policies do not count towards charge backs. Fails to follow legal hr practices.

Pros

Ability to work a lot of hours to make commission based money

Cons

Poor management, worse intellect and hiring, lack of support, fragmented leadership. Industry in consolidation which means departments are fighting one another. Basically several unskilled managers and dbags. You will do fine if you can sacrifice integrity and follow orders while being daily micromanaged.

Pros

Absolutely nothing good to say about this company.

Cons

Senior management and IT leadership are just pawns. You will be treated like a number and be walked out if you recommend new approaches.
