Pros

The company will pay well to lure you from wherever you are, but you will immediately regret it.

Cons

Ridiculous workloads and the managers who care are too busy trying not to be the next person fired. Adjusters and lower level managers have virtually no authority. Morale is extremely poor. A couple activities here and there can't help that most people are still looking for the quickest way out the door to any other company.

Pros

Former Management and ownership gave us a culture

Cons

Key executives do not possess college degrees. They are high school graduates hired to be "yes" people. Others have said it. They run around like chickens with no heads thinking if people are forced to work like dogs everything will work out. We need a strategy we need executives with college degrees.
