      Pros

      * People - Birds of a feather...motivated, energetic, eager...collaborative! * Not your typical corp world...everyone on par...teamwork, not organizational hierarchy * Time flies!...fun to see change and be a part of the new social media/online world

      Cons

      * Some bumps along the way as company was a startup and moving quickly...but, to be expected with any company. Good news...when they see something not working...they fix it and try to keep making things better for everyone!

      Pros

      Very good company to work for. Have worked there for over 11 years, have learned a lot and it provided me the opportunity to learn all I know about claims, from Trainee to Senior Adjuster.

      Cons

      Changes are constant in the world and this time around my position is affected by same.
