Few pros, most perm's such as flexible schedule are cancled by cons.

Cons

Excessive workload, unable to use paid time off, need flexibly in schedule and autonomy in work yet experienced micro management and constant additional duties outside due to improper staffing or planning.

I guess the scare tactic by Senior Management is working. Employees are being told to come here and rate the company as being a great place to work with a great leader in charge. Now, all the recent posts have been positive. Well, I finally was fortunate enough to find another job and leave. I have no reason to be negative as I made the decision to leave and was not let go. The new management team keeps pushing and micro managing as more and more great employees leave. When will these so called leaders actually lead by example ? The inappropriate behavior at the Sr Management level is something that I have never seen in my 30+ years of working. When is it acceptable to talk about other employees and discuss topics that aren't even discussed at bars ? This place has lawsuit written all over it.
