Pros

Great starting salary. Plenty of overtime. Casual Dresscode.

Cons

GMAC Insurance lied about the schedule and hours. Their systems are outdated. Management all over the place. Management says one thing one day then change to another. Hires people with no experience just to fill seats. No clear goals or expectations. High turnover. Winston Salem VS. Cleveland mentality. High unmanagable workload. Incompetent supervisors.

Pros

During the last two years honestly there is not ANY PROS.

Cons

Very poor management, managers are never available for their employees and never have any answer to any questions. Major changes in job roles and responsibilites almost daily without training or assistance. Unrealistic expectations and the workload is so overwhelming the employees cannot possibly get it done without giving excessive unpaid overtime and never even any acknowledgment or even a simple thank you to employees. The more you do the more they give you to do and continue to raise the metrics so it is impossible to excel. No room for growth opportunites for employees. Very poor if any resources to assist the employee with their job function. You are always told what you should or could have done better instead of positive reinforcement. They make an excellent employee feel they are not competent in every way possible, They are also letting go of the employees with all of the experience and knowledge that have stuck by the company through it all in order to receive 23 Million in incentives for bringing jobs to Cleveland Ohio. The worst part of that process is the company lied and kept this secret from the employees until they were questioned about it extensively by current employees. I do not trust the company at all!

Pros

Great co-workers Company paid training/licensing Company paid parking in downtown Cleveland

Cons

Sales Team will lose their benefits in January Supervisors are good, but higher level management leaves much to be desired Sales reps are not given the opportunity to earn the commission they were told when hired, as mangement often pulls reps off the phones, for days at a time, meaning no commission Poor communication
