      Beginning was great, now a very grim dismal atmosphere

      great team of front line employees, dedicated and loyal

      Cons

      no communication from management. case loads are overbearing, management is aware yet they do nothing to apease the situation. Customer service is poor at best. There is no respect or consideration for the employees who have made the company what it is.

      Most of the people esp front line employees are very knowledgeable & extremely hard workers.

      Pros

      The front line people -- very knowledgable and collaborative and willing to work hard to produce the best possible outcomes. The work is challenging and interesting as well.

      Cons

      Upper management and not valuing the front line people who work hard and are committed. Samller company so the risk of alwasy being pruchased by a larger company is alwasy on the radar.
