Pros

Casual dress, weekends off.

Cons

I work in the Mesa AZ location. Pay is $13, minimum wage here is $10. The work is tedious and detail oriented processing documents on homeowners claims. You can imagine with that pay there is massive turnover as people can make more for doing less in Phoenix. They use temp services because the turnover is so high so they dont have to worry about paying workers comp or unemployment. insurance. When you do take a call it is from an insured, contractor or someone else that is not happy with you, every call. Of course they have a legitimate complaint as things get unorganized and behind with all the turn over. The long timers are people who have low self esteem that have never had a job indoors with weekends off. Everyone else is just using this as a pit stop. Unfortunately this is the new business model. I found out our CEO Barry Karfunkel makes 3.5million a year, in two days he makes my yearly salary. And his daddy got him the job.

Pros

Not bad, not great. The company is growing and is a fairly stable place to work. Benefits are average and pay is slightly below average. Management is great with flexible time and PTO use. Relatively limited role from a Business Analyst perspective, mainly due to the odd and somewhat challenging structure of IT/ Development being part of a separate "sister entity". Not a bad place to begin a career out of college or changing professions. Not a ton of reasons for someone looking to grow in the career path to stick around for the long term.

Cons

Pay is a little low compared to other local companies. ZERO training, educational assistance. Due to this the majority of the staff does not have a very strong background in their area and has little to no knowledge of best practices.

Pros

There are none. They will work you to death and if your not in the "click" your out of a job. No work/life/balance either.

Cons

Management at all levels are the worst. If your smart you'll run in the opposite direction.
