I was hired through Aerotek with a 3 month contract to hire. The supervisors have no clue what is going on. Training is too short to be successful and efficient. My supervisor went to Ethiopia right when I got out of training for almost 3 weeks. While she was gone I had many issues with DMI. When I needed help I was referred to my absent supervisor or her team lead that sexually harasses women thru skype. Something is really "off" with this place and my non existent supervisor.
