Pros

None. Nada. Zip. Zilch.

Cons

Horribly managed. Managers have zero respect for their teams. Zero training. HR is a joke.

Pros

No pros about working here. Don’t make the same mistake we did by wasting our time here. No career growth here unless you are a white male (preferably Orthodox Jewish)

Cons

Everything. HR is not existent at this company. Some of my former colleagues have left because they have filed complaints to HR about management being inappropriate and HR does absolutely nothing / just forwards the complaints to the perpetrators. Some of the individuals in senior management roles are imbeciles and are very disconnected to the rest of the staff and the daily processes. Senior management would openly talk about employees and are very biased towards age, gender and are very racist. The systems are very antiquated; most of the staff are resistant to change / improving the workflow. The pay here is below market rate. The benefits and health insurance plans are terrible/ non existent. No work life balance - management is too cheap to hire more staff to evenly distributed the workload.

Pros

Pay is good Ability to work from home

Cons

The NY based management has no respect for the employees. They feel that you should be 24/7 NGIC . There is no respect for work/life balance. The area is horribly understaffed and continue to get upper management to give them more territories to cover with no additional hires. They require salaried employees to work overtime with no compensation. They "ask" people to work on weekends and when they can't they just assign them work that would have been assigned on the weekends. They have managers that have multiple HR complaints against them and HR does nothing about it.. Specifically, HR told employee until an attorney is involved they won't do anything regarding the daily harassment and public embarrassment to employee. They have no respect for CUSTOMER SERVICE.. its only about their metrics.. The NY based management promotes people to supervisory rolls with little to no experience. If your a "YES MAN" you get made a supervisor.. The NY based management also specifically targets employees who speak out or who don't tow the line. The Northeast is run like its own fiefdom. The Northeast employees are required to meet a higher standard then company requirements. Other departments (audit unit) question why things are done as they are not within company guidelines.
