Pros

The atmosphere around the office is incredible. There is a true sense of kindness and an expectation of success. This company is the real deal.

Cons

The compensation plan just changed, but when I was newly hired, there was no mention of any modifications to the previous compensation plan. Because I was only trained in Property and Casualty, I have essentially taken a major pay cut.

Pros

Solid company with room to move up from within

Cons

Workload not equivalent to salary. Many higher paid employees do very little and those paid moderately expected to carry the load for everyone.
