I've felt management has my best interests in mind, and treats employees fairly with respect. There are lots of opportunities for growth within the company, and you'll easily find avenues for career development if you want to peruse them. PTO benefits are very good, with options to elect additional PTO as unpaid.

Cons

The workload can be demanding at times while also having responsibilities of training/developing new candidates.
