Hard work, but lots of opportunities

Pros

Coworkers feel like family. Good benefits. Lots of opportunities for advancement if you're willing to put in the work. Work from home opportunities. I've spent many years at this company and have worked in several different roles. So many of these people are like family and there are outstanding managers in the company. It is true that there are some not-so-great managers, but I've found that that doesn't represent the company as a whole.

Cons

Workload in some departments is heavy (mainly due to being understaffed).

Pros

Great place to get your licenses. If you like constant feedback and full on micromanaging. This is the place for you.

Cons

Schedule changes from what you were told before you were hired, during licensing, and after training. Your pay is not discussed with you until 2 months into the position. Your mics cannot be muted and your time is heavily monitored. Not following a strict sales script results in failed QA scores which results in 0 commissions. Leadership lacks accountability and will omit information. Only way to move up is be a favorite sales person. There are no opportunities or transfer opportunities. You’re expected to work 50 hours a week by the time you leave training if you “care about your future here”.
