Pros

Some departments have great people if you are lucky enough to be in one of those. There aren't many of those departments left.

Cons

There is a lack of responsibility is posting positions, they hire people and in a month or two let them go again. This would be fine if they hired contract positions so people knew what to expect.

Pros

Great people to work with. Supportive, proactive HR. Out from under GMAC.

Cons

Too many fires. Not enough focus. Not enough respect for front line employees. Promotions / raises are desperately needed.

Pros

Great health benefits and PTO.

Cons

Preferential treatment, different expectations for every team member, manager would just provide a one bite for assistance, varying number of claims for each team member.
