Pros

There are no pros for this company

Cons

Management is so unprofessional in how they speak to you that I am not sure how people got the job or still have the job. They don’t care about their employees and don’t care how burnt out or stressed out you are. They think 10 claims a day is ok. PIP does everything and god forbid you miss the tiniest thing, you’ll fail your audit. Don’t bother with this place.

Pros

None. The company likes to pretend they care.

Cons

Low pay! Over worked. The managers are petty little witches. They do not care about work life balance. They will slave you out then turn around and report you for having a bad attitude and you not being collaborative. But whats collaborative about them making the MD's doing everyone else's job. Its really a different kind of slave plantation. Do not work here especially if you are black? Because if you are black all questions you ask become threatening or aggressive in their eyes! And they treat their customers terribly! They literally look for way to cheat them. Allstate/National General is complete trash!

Pros

Overtime is available Benefits along with PTO Work from home

Cons

They fire you mid shift & tell you your benefits expire at midnight so you may want to handle any outstanding medical appointments however it's too late They require you to be on camera during meetings but the supervisors and HR will not turn their camera on to fire you. Their KPI goals are ridiculous They pick favorites
