Impossible Metrics

Pros

Being able to work remotely.

Cons

It is an impossible quota to meet all metrics 100% of the time. I have worked for the company for over 3 years and the supervisor diliberatly rates my performance just shy of excellent so I can't get a raise. I tried to apply for a position as a bodily injury adjuster to hopefully give me an income boost., My supervisor went above and beyond to ensure I would not even be considered. He also told me it is hard for women to move up because they have children and may need to take time off, so being in a supervisory role is unlikely.
