Pros

Benefits, PTO that’s it really

Cons

-stateside is becoming sloppy seconds - “retention bonuses” are bogus - they won’t hire referrals - micromanaging - fraud is swept under the rug and you are expected to let it slide and be complacent

Pros

Pay is good and competitive with other companies. Work from home opportunities.

Cons

There is almost no training. They mailed me a book to study to get my adjusters license. No class, no training, just “read this book.” The workload is overwhelming. Tons of stress and pressure The file audits and constant threats of being written up or fired is awful. Every day I go to work and wonder if they will fire me, and I am a hard worker.

Pros

- Work from home - Benefits are okay - Never been given a hard time when needing PTO

Cons

- Systems are constantly going down or not working correctly (daily, not even joking) - Lack of consistency and communication between teams, departments, and management - Pay is not up to industry standard - Don't Expect to make any real money your first 6-9 months - Training program is disorganized and ineffecient, takes about 9 months before you have access to all products to be able to make real money and even then the company lacks in organization in ensuring appointments and logins are set up and appropriate training for third party carriers. - Lead sources can be abysmal at times, but there is always some opportunity in additional products/services once you finally have access.
