Pros

-From my experience working here has been great. I love the mission in supporting boots on the ground as well as providing valuable information to policy makers. -Great work-life that includes 3 hours of gym time per week and creating a flex schedule. -Many opportunities to grow and move around horizontally to try new subjects or fields. -Lots of training opportunities within the agency and outside, including tuition assistance in some cases. -Pay is competitive

Cons

-Not too many opportunities with upward mobility. -Some times you will have to pull 24/7 duty -I have seen some great supervisors but i have also seen some bad ones -sometimes outdated on technology

Pros

Training, stability and timeoff. Great agency and it has found its own identity in the Intelligence Community (IC).

Cons

Stagnant and promotions take too long.
