Interesting field, mentally challenging, enjoyed my time with the agency.

Cons

Way too busy checking boxes, mission above people, systematic mismanagement, lack of promotion for analytic occupations, poor corporate communication

Pros

Wonderful, sunny facility with a ton of dining options (though expensive) and a good gym with free classes. Competitive salaries and a merit-based bonus system in which increases are permanent. Extremely accommodating to those with special needs - service animals and special desk configurations are regularly sighted.

Cons

The parking lot is too small to accommodate all the employees, yet they don’t have a metro stop or a bus - a major miscalculation.
