Pros

Been in at Grid for 9 years and can’t overstate how great of a company this is. Focus is to support our communities keeping the lights on, through a modern and resilient infrastructure, while keeping everyone safe. We have very competitive compensation and benefits, and more so, great work - life balance.

Cons

401k match could be better (50% of the first 8% of contribution). Though it compensates with a National Grid “core” contribution (additional 4% sponsored by the company. Health insurance is good, but the deductible did increased this year.
