Pros

Lots of training, relaxed environment (at corporate), mostly nice people.

Cons

Can be arrogant about the products line from time to time, assuming that they're the best in the world. Aside from that, it's really not such a bad place to work unless you somehow get a bad manager. Pay is pretty poor compared to the alternatives, but that needs to be balanced against how much you work (it's up to you to figure out the payback for your time).

Pros

The atmosphere of the people and management are great at NI. They know how to have fun, and the work can be exciting.

Cons

The pay isn't up to par, but the pressure is. Very high pressure work environment. Management has also recently implemented new processes to micromanage the sales team, so you constantly feel like you're under the magnifying glass. Long hours of mindless work are rewarded, not successful intelligent work practices, and the new processes are taking away the flexibility to work your own way.
