Pros

- Work/Life balance - Mentorship and investment in learning and development. For example, our department has increased L&D by 15% - Amazing people and teams that are kind (maybe to a fault) - Many reorganizations occurring - alignment with TSIA (technical support industry association) to enable better customer experience

Cons

- Information silos among internal organizations which makes supporting customer experience difficult - Not enough resources and head count - Many reorganizations occurring - slow moving

Pros

Incredibly collaborative work environment. High respect for technical background. Flexible work environment and very supportive of family-work-life balance. Excellent connection with universities - well established internship programs

Cons

It can be a challenge for experienced hires to be successful as a majority of recruitment is focused on recent college (undergraduate and graduate) graduates
