Upper management desitions are not the best

Location, sometimes poor mentality, thieves stealing devices.

Pay was bit low for Austin Management was very unclear and restructuring was the norm

Top management with an illusory view of the market. Tendency to be arrogant and a lot of micro management. Decision-making processes bordering on the ridiculous

There's no room for growth Management is lost most of the time, and a lot of micromanaging

since NI was acquired by Emerson in October 2023, there has been 2 rounds of major layoffs and several micro-layoffs. The business is still not recovered. Senior management are scrambling to cut cost to improve the bottom line. Emerson has stringent requirement on financial performance of the now T&M BU.
