Great benefits and some great clients that we get to interact with. Lots of incentives that are beneficial to employees

Cons

No diversity. Not much room for progress for people of color if you don't already come into the company with multiple degrees.

National Interstate has a consistent track record of growth and is very welcoming of new ideas and concepts. We've built our organization around outside of the box thinking and we continue to find ways to improve upon that success.

Cons

We are working to improve our ease of doing business (internal process and external access and visibility). With every challenge comes an opportunity.
