Autonomy, Stretch files, Flexible, Remote Opportunities and Friendly/Accessible Management. Moderate pay.

Cons

Prefer outside hires for opportunities which increases turnover, high pending compared to competitors in similar lines of business.

Pros

Claims can be challenging but rewarding role. National Interstate is doing the right things to improve the technology, processes, staffing, engagement and the overall department. The leadership team is transparent with monthly meetings and I believe they are working on the right things. Department is only getting better!

Cons

Older systems but that is being addressed. At times the workload, but that is the world of claims in general, but also being addressed!
