      Pros

      Company culture is shifting toward better work/life balance. Location is great, right between Akron and Cleveland. Yearly parties are always fun. Pretty solid leadership.

      Cons

      Change management can be difficult. There's a lot happening, much of it very positive, but it can be a challenge to get people on board.

      Pros

      Commute, facilities, bonuses, parties and co-workers.

      Cons

      Do not walk run from this company. The claims department is always understaff. With the transition to Great American most roles are now hourly and no longer exempt. So if you fall behind there is no catching up. Management offers no assistance to their employees. Diversity is non-existent so if you are a minority, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere because you will never get promoted. They like youth at this company and not experience.

      A great place to come in out of college - as long as you're interviewing for a position with a clear career path

      Cons

      Database is garbage and frustrating to deal with. A lot of antiquated infrastructure is in place, but overcoming that is a main corporate priority so that can change
