      travel and the clients are the greatest

      Cons

      Too much travel, don't appreciate workers outside of good ole boy network, Supervisors more worried about kissing up to higher management so much that it gets in way of truly servicing the clients

      Pros

      Decent benefits, semi-competitive pay. Good place to start career or learn a new set of technologies. Good lunch program and workplace amenities. Upper management is trying to improve how work gets done, and have made progress.

      Cons

      Lack of standardization across projects and department. Poor SDLC and process. IT department is not trusted by the business (their customers). Much re-work and wasted energy.
