Pros

Corporate office has some opportunity for advancement. Good company extracurricular activities. Good job for college graduates that have no experience.

Cons

Pay is considerably below industry average for just about every position in the company. They micromanage to the point that a fairly high level employee would be reprimanded if they weren’t in the office by 8am. So extremely limited schedule flexibility.

Pros

Great lunch program and the company parties are fantastic.

Cons

Everything else. If you are liked, you will be fine. It seems as if there is a "target of the month club" where one employee is mentally destroyed and picked on. You can hear management making fun of other employees on the floor and in the offices, even with doors closed. Never have I heard more people being belittled along with being called stupid and worthless in my life. Truly a hostile work environment after you are placed on an employee rating scale every year. This is true. They rate employees by number and then target the lowest ones, whether they are good at their job or not, and attempt to force them out by intimidation, pressure and humiliation. if you ever went to high school and saw kids bullying others in the hallway, then you understand the environment. Its basically a high school football team running the show. HR is not responsive to concerns whatsoever. Terrible technology is also an issue. the systems are antiquated and extremely inefficient.
