Pros

Company is very transparent. Collegial work culture. Great co-workers. Plenty of opportunity for exposure with senior management. Good focus on employees and customers.

Cons

Inconsistent management practices between certain supervisors as the company evolves into a more flexible workplace. Getting better now that CEO has addressed it during monthly employee meeting.

Pros

As the company matures so is its approach to people management, benefits and strategic positioning in the marketplace. It is rare in this region to have a company of this size with local control of all of its operations - Accounting,Claims, Marketing, Customer Service, IT.

Cons

The jobs here are big. Don't join if you are not flexible and willing to say "yes" to perpetually increasing responsibility.
