Pros

Company is growing and has solid career opportunities and room for trajectory. Benefits are good and the culture is better Just like any other employer, if you work hard and do a good job, you will be recognized. Facilities are clean, cafeteria on-site, workout facilities are great and the commute is easy. Company continues to grow and so will the opportunities for careers.

Cons

Systems could be updated and are in the process of being updated, but that isn't different from any other place.

PTO, lunch, a few execs are trying to implement change for the better and bring the company into the 21st Century, Potential exists.

Cons

Too much micromanaging from execs. Pay and Bonus sub-par. Way too slow to implement change.
