National Interstate has a consistent track record of growth and is very welcoming of new ideas and concepts. We've built our organization around outside of the box thinking and we continue to find ways to improve upon that success.

Cons

We are working to improve our ease of doing business (internal process and external access and visibility). With every challenge comes an opportunity.

Akron Marathon, Rubber Ducks Baseball tickets, Indians tickets, loads of discounts including cell phone plans....NATL keeps improving how they treat their employees and the surrounding community.

Cons

Don't come here if you don't want to work hard.
