Pros

My time here has felt more like a career than a job, I do not dread going to work every day. -You can tell the company cares about you as a person and not just a number -Amazing employee perks such as an on site cafeteria, monthly company parties (including a big winter and summer party), monthly all company meetings, beautiful facility near metroparks, free parking, tuition reimbursement, jeans Fridays, good PTO policy, and wellness initiatives -Frequent contact with executives -Promotional opportunities -Great place for new grads to learn

Cons

We all work on desktop computers instead of having lap tops. But, each conference room is equipped with a computer.

Pros

PTO, Winter and Summer Parties, opportunity for growth was really good, tuition reimbursement was nice and the benefits were ok for a company of this nature.

Cons

This company lacks leadership and proper training techniques. They hire people bases on degrees and not experience and runs too thin in most areas. They made me pay back the tuition reimbursement even though the company policy was so vague that even members of there own Hr. Department did not understand it. Pay was mediocre at best for all they ask you to do.

Pros

Consistent schedule Manageable workload Training program designed to make new people succeed Benefits seem decent Work hard play hard mentality The company will give you what you put into it. You want to learn a new skill or take on training the opportunities are there. The lunch program's pretty good overall, worth the money certainly. From my perspective, the company goes out of it's way to provide fun "perks" to it's employees to reward us for our work. Things like tickets to pro sports games, or fully funded holiday parties or the little things like the social events.

Cons

The PTO (which, in all fairness, was recently improved) is all encompassing - time off, sick days etc, would prefer separate sick days but honestly, if that's my biggest complaint, life's not too bad.
