Pros

Its a paycheck. Nice cafeteria. Nice Campus setting.

Cons

not many trust worthy people though they flaunt a "Forbes Magazine" report naming them so, high turnover, always lots of vacancies, industry higher than average loss-ratio, they're losing money due to high claims incurred in 2013 and 2014, they're not only not writing new business but non-renewing lots of business and blaming their competitors as being "irresponsible" for doing so.

Pros

Beautiful office setting, winter and summer parties and fun Co-workers. This is a great place to get a few years of experience before moving on to a larger carrier.

Cons

No flexibility, low pay and awful benefits. Worst 401k I have ever seen. They can not Compete with national carriers.

Lunch program, company outings, good place to gain some experience, non-manager employees are friendly and team players

Cons

No flex time, rarely able to work from home, inclement weather is not an excuse for being late, poor pay, poor merit increases, lack of promotions, not up to date on technology, doesn't purchase up to date software, constant micro-managing, poor benefits, positions are (on average) $10k less than industry standard, company is very biased to hourly employees (no career track opportunities), HR's primary concern is planning parties, interoffice dating is encouraged
