National Life Group reviews

For as long as I've been an insurance agent with National Life Group they have not paid me my commissions correctly. I have ALWAYS had to send emails and get on calls for every single case I have turned in to be paid correctly. This insurance company does it's business via "Agency" this means they allow the General Agent to do whatever they want. Recently I was forced to accept lower commissions and reduced benefits because the GA didn't like me. I called the home office and they told me they cannot do anything about it, they don't have anything to do with Agency Operations. DO NOT WORK HERE if you can help it. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Executives are stuck in 1960. Discrimination and oppression are rampant and HR does nothing. They allow a culture of oppression and abuse and actually promote those people knowingly.
