Pros

Good pay, great benefits (NECI run, affordable cafeteria, gym) for a Vermont company, and good opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Know they're a company of choice in the area, and take advantage of it. Used to have a family atmosphere, but that is almost gone now. Managers can do whatever they want and are supported by HR, right or wrong. Seems like they're trying to get rid of older workers lately after years of supporting and showing preference to older workers.
