Pros

Work alone, hands on, company vehicle and fuel card. Learning the ends and out of fiber

Cons

Knowing I'm locked at $20/hr unless moved to management makes it hard to want to progress and work as hard as I'd like. Often times earning less than 40 hrs a week, on top of $230 in deductions because the family insurance plan is horrid but I have no choice but to do it. The communication between management and the partner company is awful. They expect above quality work with either subpar or no equipment thats required to do the job right,
