Pros

Weekly pay, company provided phone and other small perks.

Cons

Management has a buddy or family system, seen this in multiple departments. If your kin or friend you will have it made. Don’t have your own ideas or challenge anyone above you to actually do their job so the company can make money or you will be bullied. Micromanaging runs rampant here. If this was a good review I could probably use it to win a tablet if they do the competition again( yes they awarded for good reviews on here)
