Never ending stress

Pros

The park sites and the setting you work in are incredible. You work for a good cause.

Cons

Take a job and you never stop having new "collateral duties" and additional projects put on your plate. I never have time to do anything well, mediocre at best. I barely have time to do my job description for all the extras. I am very skilled at managing time and even I leave work late and feel frazzled on the regular.
