Beware - office politics and bickering up to the C-level suites.

Pros

The only thing that is good about this Association is the insurance and how much they contribute to the cost.

Cons

Watch your back here, jealous employees will do their best to make your work miserable. There are employees who say they get paid to do nothing, and literally walk around the office all day playing the part of social butterfly. Others are so bogged down with work you would see them crying in the bathroom due to stress. Human Resources should be called Higher-Up Resources - totally useless. Secrecy is abundant, even though the CEO preaches "open door" policy. Disgruntled employees, negative office atmosphere, and technology that's 10 years behind.
