The building is nice. Benefits are decent. Plenty of snack for eating all of your negative feelings about working here. Gain some antisocial skills.

Cons

Revolving door of fires, hires, and departures due to inefficient and uncaring leadership in GR. Usually feels like the department is kangaroo court tyrannized by a donut lawyer! Stick around long enough for someone else to take credit for your work. Then get pushed out before a promotion. Wash, rinse, repeat.

Job seekers should heed the negative reviews on this site. This association’s culture is toxic. Employees have tried to communicate what and who the problems are and how to fix them, but the CEO ignores the rank and file while claiming to care about addressing the issues. At the same time, executive management is engaged in a never-ending power struggle. Massive staff departures every few months guarantees chronic instability. This place is rotten to the core.

Cons

Culture of mistrust and dysfunctional management. Place has been going down hill for a while now. Number of people (in excess of 40) have left in the 18 months due to toxic environment.
