Flexible hours & computer system. That's it!

Cons

Wow. Tons of cons. Hire new employees in $3 MORE a hr. U can't talk. U aren't even allowed to talk on lunch between 1 to 3. This place is so strict & over structured. U are afraid of your job daily. A very bad over all place.to work. Rude emoyees, & Supervisors. VPN & CFO are idiots.

If you are considering working for this company, you should do a thorough internet search on the current CEO. Search USIS article in the Wall Street Journal. He is horrible human being. I WOULD NEVER HAVE ACCEPTED THE JOB IF I HAD DONE THE INTERNET SEARCH FIRST.
