Pros

NSM's mission is to help improve the quality of life for those with severe physical disabilities. The employees who work with our clients are very talented, and they believe in making the world a better place. The company has grown substantially in the last few years. This offers greater opportunity for current and prospective employees.

Cons

As mentioned above, NSM has experienced significant growth. The only downside that accompanies the growth is the demanding workload. I've struggled with work-life balance, but my boss is great and she is helping to make sure that we work towards something that is more manageable.

Pros

This company is in tremendous growth mode, which means lots of changes and potential for opportunity. The CEO and executive leadership team are extremely focused on the employees, clients and moving the company to the next level. I love the mission and the values of the company. We make a difference in the lives of others.

Cons

Because of the accelerated growth, a lot of procedures and processes aren't in place at this time. This can be a positive too because you can make an impact immediately and see what you have worked on.

New CEO provides vision and leadership needed in a growing company. Positive changes and processes being implemented that changes the culture to a more structured and organized business. Great people all around. Good energy for the cause.

Cons

Some hinderances in the old versus new culture exist, but a good outlook altogether.
