Management is the worse I have ever experienced, completely unprofessional. They meet federal labor standards at the lowest possible thresh hold. If you are hired, consider it a test drive, if you don't fit in with the management clique, expect the worse possible treatment. They use a hierarchy of harassment and abuse and if your supervisor doesn't exceed the worst of possible experiences, i.e. daily pervasive, continual harassment, they will do nothing. Three months into the job, I began looking for employment. I was a tenured federal employee who came in with only outstanding performance reviews and numerous awards. They will destroy your federal career on a whim. So happy I got out before the year ended!

Management is more concerned on there own advancement. They promote remote work but don’t allow it consistently and fair. You have to be a good friend of a manager to get what you want. Some managers are counting time to retirement and only concerned of their retirement. Managers do NOT communicate well with staff. DC is an expensive place to live.
