Pros

The benefits and that’s about it. Which the benefit would be a pension starting after year 3 but not worth it.

Cons

People always say their culture. Well I think it’s a negative and people go back to NW. I think people in higher up positions think they are better than everyone else. My team lead had VERY awkward conversations about political things and make lesbian jokes to me all the time because I’m gay. I was told I should go to a supervisor about it but did not want to create that.

Fantastic coworkers and managers in my experience

Cons

Anxiety inducing amount of metrics, time off request system was terrible and could be difficult to get time off granted
