Great place to start an insurance career

Pros

Great for those with friends and family who work at Nationwide, and it is a great place to begin an insurance career. Lots of development opportunities.

Cons

Not good if you aren't connected via friends or family who work at the company. Also not good if you already have a lot of insurance experience; they will send you to the bottom to begin again.
