Pros

Nationwide provides nice benefits at a reasonable price. Additionally, the company provides very stable work for their full time employees.

Cons

Company is excessively Columbus, Ohio centric. If you want any chance at growth, you'll need to move there. For a company that calls itself Nationwide, its view is entirely too limited.

Pros

Good training program and good company to get in on the ground floor and build a substantial career.

Cons

Only way to build that career is to be a Yes Man. Not interested in people with new ideas at the ground floor level.
